Criminal Defense

This firm has represented clients in all misdemeanor and felony cases. We have handled several high profile cases including murder, domestic violence and child abuse. We have also handled a myriad of driving under the influence cases.

We have litigated hundreds of appeals in the state, and appellate levels.

Civil Rights

I the civil rights area I have litigated several cases against local police departments including County of Riverside Sheriffs, Los Angeles County Sheriffs, Fontana, Rialto, El Monte and several other cities in police abuse cases. I have been a past member of Police Watch and a member of the Hispanic Advisory Committee of the L.A.P.D.

I have also experience in litigating Special Education cases as well as representing students in suspension and expulsion cases.
